Jesus, when retelling the account of the first marriage said, “But from the beginning of creation, ‘God made them male and female.’ Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, a and the two shall become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”

It is clear from Scripture that the bond of marriage is something that is important in the eyes of God, yet in our culture, marriages are treated as disposable. Here at Kindred, we believe marriage is to be held in high regard and that that husbands and wives are to work diligently to enhance the unity within their marriages. This week we hosted a Pastors Forum to allow some of our leaders to share biblical and practical thoughts related to marriage. It is our hope that as you watch your marriage is strengthened to the glory of God.
