Charles, Nina, and their three children moved from South Africa in 2016 to study at The Master’s Seminary in Los Angeles. Upon completion of his M.Div in 2020, Charles moved his family to Orange County to take up the position of Pastor of Children and Family Ministries at Kindred.

Outside of ministry, Charles loves spending time with his family, reading theology, quipping dry puns, grilling (and subsequently eating!) meat, and curating his collection of soundtrack music.
