The Hospital Visitation and Care (HVAC) ministry serves and ministers to Kindred members who are hospitalized, have outpatient procedures, or require extended home care.

Our goal is to have one of our team members visit anyone from the Kindred body who is in the hospital. If a visit is not possible someone from the team will call the patient instead.
