Deaf Ministry

Mission Statement:

Kindred Community Church exists to glorify God by making and maturing disciples of Jesus Christ throughout the world.

Our Passion & Prayer:

Our desire for the Deaf Community is not only to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, but also to feel welcome to worship in their language.

1st Service (8:30am - 10:00am) - Kindred University Class | January 26th - April 5th
Book of Acts in KU2
Kindred University, our adult education, and discipleship program help us to grasp the scope of Christian doctrine, devotion, and discipleship through a sequential study of their key concepts.

2nd Service (10am - 12pm) - Corporate Worship Service *
Location: Main Sanctuary
This is a time of gathering together as a church body to worship through the hearing of God’s Word and singing praises unto Him.

* Sunday, March 15th - we will not be offering ASL interpretation.

In addition to our Sunday Worship Service, we interpret multiple large church events throughout the year. Our 2020 schedule is coming soon.

Visitor Information:

  • When you enter the church campus you will stop at the greeters located at the bottom of the hill.
  • You will receive a visitor placard for your windshield and will be directed to your parking at the top of the hill.
  • At our Welcome Tent, an Interpreter will greet you & answer any questions about the morning you might have.

Volunteer Information:

This ministry is always looking for individuals to join us, as we desire to grow in our fellowship with the Deaf Community. If you attend Kindred (regardless of whether you do or do not know ASL) please see the attached forms for ways you can get involved!
