The Heart of Grandparenting

The Bible brings to light biblical grandparenting and mentoring within Christ’s church in various forms. The Cultivate Conference’s purpose is to invest in godly men and women and cultivate ways they can be used by Christ to invest in their grandchildren or in other spiritually adopted grandchildren. As a result, they can experience blessings and pass on a legacy.

Dr. Ernie serves as the Pastor of Counseling and Discipleship at First Baptist Church of Jacksonville, Florida. He has contributed to numerous books and is the author of Marry Wisely, Marry Well and Help! I’m in a Conflict.  Ernie is a sought-after speaker on a variety of topics including God’s plans and purposes for Grandparenting.  He and his wife, Rose, are the parents of three sons and three daughters and are blessed with eleven grandchildren.
