ABF - Pilgrim's Progress

Adult Bible Fellowships (ABF’s) are mid-sized groups (ideally 20 to 100 people) designed to promote life-changing study of the  Word of God  and  Spirit-Filled fellowship  for believers. ABF's function  as "smaller churches"  within the bigger church and  provide  a great  context for taking  the  next  step  into  a Shepherd Group or place of service at Kindred.

Pilgrims Progress

Summer Topic: Christ & State:  A Theological Analysis of the Christian Doctrines of Law and Civil Government

In this series we will examine the biblical and theological notions of the relationship between the church and the state, which includes an examination of the nature of law and justice. After laying a theological foundation for these important doctrines, we will analyze the jurisprudence and case law related to the Establishment and Free Exercise Clauses of the U.S. Constitution as they relate to the issues of religious liberty and the church.
