The Missions Team is responsible for overseeing the missions’ outreach of Kindred Community Church. This includes setting the strategic vision for missions, creating the policies and procedures for administering the missions program, screening candidates for missionary support and making recommendations to the Elders for adding missionaries. The Missions team also leads in informing the congregation about missionary outreach and opportunities.
We are currently partnering with seven missionaries or missionary families serving in Russia, Southeast Asia, Italy, Ireland, Mexico and Alaska. We provide support to three local agencies serving the Orange County community and also support the Baseball Chapel program.
Our vision is to engage the Kindred Church family in carrying out Christ’s Great Commission given in Matthew 28:19 by identifying the opportunities to support and serve various missions programs, both locally and abroad. To assist in meeting the needs of current and future missionaries, both nationally and internationally, through prayer,
financial support, and general co-laboring.

The Missions Team has a regular monthly
meeting on the fourth Monday of each
month and has additional meetings as required
to conduct Missions related business.
